As I was flipping through the channels the other day, I stumbled upon an insightful interview with NFL superstar Aaron Rodgers on ESPN. What caught my ear was his discussion of the 4 key rules he believes are essential for having a lasting, successful career in the NFL. I found myself immediately thinking about how these same principles could be so valuable to apply in a business context.
I’m really excited to unpack each of these 4 rules in more detail and explore specific ways business leaders and teams can apply them. Because as Rodgers said, if you do these 4 things, you give yourself a real chance to thrive – no matter your individual talents or circumstances.
