I am the founder of the Ascent Performance Group. Ascent was created to assist business executives, sales people and non-profit leaders in developing both personally and professionally.

For the past 22 years I have coached, developed and led sales people and business leaders to higher levels of achievement and performance. I have assisted team members in attaining goals of increased sales and profits as well as personal growth. I coached others to these successes using the foundation of building your business around your life, rather than building your life around your business.

I was in the mortgage banking business for 30 years. I held positions in sales and sales management. I led teams as large as 134 team members. I was responsible for sales, recruiting, retaining, training and leading the team. I was also in charge of growing new markets and P&L management.

I realize there is not a straight line to the top. Life, and business, are filled with peaks and valleys along the ascent to ultimate success. As your coach I will guide you through these peaks and valleys so that you can attain your life and business goals.

Meet My Family
I have been married to my beautiful wife, Donna for 36 years. We have 4 grown children, 2 young men and 2 young women. My wife and I live in Omaha, Nebraska. In my free time I enjoy walking, reading, keeping physically fit and traveling. We are members of St. Stephen the Martyr Catholic Church.
